3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroplastic PFA 6503PAZ

3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroplastic PFA 6503PAZ is a fluorothermoplastic powder for electrostatic powder coating applications and is designed for thin film applications where target film thickness is 25 – 40 μm per pass and up to 200 μ total film thickness. Typical applications include non-stick surfaces, anti friction coatings as well as chemical protection coatings.

The use of primer coatings to improve bonding to metal surfaces is generally recommended. Recommended processing temperatures for PFA 6503PAZ are from 350 – 380 °C. On exception processing temperatures up to about 400 °C are possible, depending on the particular process and part being produced.
