A clear, strong Cellulose film release coated for easy unwind and with a high tack adhesive suitable for a multitude of office, domestic and industrial applications and for sealing cartons and packages of many descriptions.
Scotch Cellulose Tapes are produced using a strong, bio-degradable transparent film, coated with a rubber/resin solvent based pressure sensitive adhesive.
Under normal circumstances, these tapes may be regarded as non-toxic and would not normally be hazardous on contact with skin. However, common standards of personal hygiene should be observed, i.e. wash hands after use and before handling or taking food.
These tapes have not been tested for medical purposes and therefore should not be used as bandages, medical plasters or for hand protection.
No special precautions need be taken in respect of storage or transportation but care should be taken to ensure absence of sources of ignition in storage areas.
Cellulose Tapes will burn in a general gife and give off Carbon Monoxide and Carbon Dioxide together with irritating fumes and smoke. Breathing apparatus should be used in the case of a fire.
