RITE-LOKTM RT80 is a single component, high strength anaerobic retaining compound used for bonding rigid assemblies. RT80 is suitable for restoring fit in worn assemblies and out of tolerance parts.
RITE-LOKTM RT80 is designed to augment the strength of slip- and press- fit assemblies and to prevent vibration loosening and leakage through the bonded parts.. For large gaps, use of RITE-LOKTM AC64 activator is advised in order that a full and fast cure is achieved. Locks keys and splines. Eliminates backlash in worm assemblies. Locks bearing in place, preventing spin out. Bonds rotor to shafts in fractional and sub fractional horsepower motors. Locks bushing and sleeves in housings and on shafts. Augments press fits.
