Structural Adhesive Films

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Structural Adhesive Films designates a family of thermosetting modified epoxy structural adhesives in film form which are available in a variety of weights (thicknesses) with or without a supporting carrier. These products are designed for extensive bonding. They get applied by laminating technique and after autoclave or heat press curing they develop enormous mechanical strength and high chemical resistance. They specially find applications in composite bonding, extensive area bonding, final surfacing and lightning strike protection.
